Just had my 2019 Kawasaki Ninja in service without an appointment. Can't believe the short wait to get the bike finished. Everybody at the dealership treats all the customers like family. It's such a relaxed feeling to do any type of business at this dealership, it doesn't matter if it's just getting a chain adjusted or a large purchase of your next love in life, things go better and easier than what you planned for. Can't wait till I go in to get me a garage mate for my Ninja, looking at the KTM 390 Adv. If you want low pressure, easy going sales people and great customer service, this is the place.

This dealership is amazing. I just bought my first bike and after months of searching and walking around local dealers I have to say that this place made the buying process so amazing. Mason sold me the bike and Denise in finance hooked it up. I got a few aftermarket installations on the bike and they got all that ready to go on the day I wanted to pick it up. They truly made me feel like they appreciated my business and at no point did I feel like they were trying to screw me over. They went above and beyond.

I took my Kawasaki Vulcan in for some repairs and the experience was great! The guys over there were courteous, professional, proficient and fast. I will definitely be bringing my business here from now on. Two thumbs up.

Great customer service and a cool store overall. This place has lots of cool gear and merchandise related to outdoor motorsports. You can look at the vehicles both inside or outside, so if you are not going to buy anything, it is an interesting place to window shop on a rainy day. If you are going to buy something, they are happy to help.

Our group of 5 riders were on our way home from riding the Mexican Baja peninsula and watching the race when we needed a new tire and other maintenance. We called to inquire about the tire from 80 miles away. They had one in stock. We drove to Grapevine and they immediately started helping one of us with the tire and informed him he also had stretched his chain on his KLR650. Another in our party had lost a sensor on his new KTM 1290. They did not stock that part, but they went over and beyond by taking one off a new bike in the show room. Before long they had installed one tire, three chains, the sensor, and tightened two KTM handle bar center nuts to prevent the death wobble issue we encountered in Mexico at high speeds. Knowing we were trying to get home to Mississippi, they expedited our repairs. Ryan did an outstanding job. Our trip was 4238 total miles. Grapevine allowed us to make it home safely. I highly recommend them on their dedication to riders even though we all live three states away. True professionalism. Unbeatable service.

I bought a Slingshot here last week and had a great experience. The sales process was quick and easy, wasn't at all like I felt when I tried to buy at another dealer. I was very surprised buy all the accessories they've added since I my last visit a couple of years ago. Bought a nice Arai helmet along with a jacket, pants, and boots. They matched all the prices I found online and I was able to try everything on. I'll definitely be back and would recommend.

Once again GKP went over and above their call of duty! Went in for a brake reline and Bonnie and the tech showed me that I didn't need the front pads replaced, just the rear. They cleaned the front pads and rotors to keep them from squealing and saved me an additional expense by not replacing the pads at this time. I really appreciate their honesty and integrity.
